Warranty / Returns / Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
All Made In Heaven By Missy products come with an unconditional 14-day satisfaction guarantee warranty. If you’re not thrilled with any Made In Heaven By Missy product, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded). If you choose to return a product, please send an email to service@madeinheavenbymissy.com requesting a RMA number and the reason for your return. Include the order number found on the invoice of the packing slip. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a service like UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery conformation, which will provide a tracking number. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit. We cannot process returns until the product has been returned.

Domestic Shipping Options & Prices
All standard shipping from Made In Heaven By Missy is delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Rush shipping, delivered via USPS Next Day Air is available for most items and addresses (except APOs/FPOs) for an additional cost. Delivery dates are only estimates from USPS and can be tracked via a delivery conformation number. Delivery calculation starts on the first business day after the order is placed (business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date. In all cases, we ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii by USPS Priority Mail.

International & Canadian Shipping Options & Prices
All standard shipping from international and Canadian locations will be shipped via Global Priority Mail. International and Canadian orders incur additional shipping charges (usually between $10 and $15), a shipping quote will be provided during checkout with the ability to opt out of the order before credit card charges are made

Order Tracking
The shipping status of purchases made through the Made In Heaven By Missy e-store can be tracked via USPS. An email will be sent to the email address attached with each order containing a USPS delivery conformation number. Simply go to: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and enter the supplied delivery confirmation number to receive tracking information. Shipping Time
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible—subject to availability, receipt of payment, and credit authorization. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the Made In Heaven By Missy e-store within 24 hours of placing your order, please e-mail us at service@madeinheavenbymissy.com. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your full name and zip code in your e-mail. Since all Made In Heaven By Missy products are hand-made the ship time may vary. The majority of our products will ship the next business after an order has been placed. Our custom, limited edition items may require a 3-5 day lead time. In the event of a required 3-5 day lead time, you will be notified. Final credit charges are not made until the product is complete and ready for shipping.

Pick Up Items
A few of our elaborate, oversized fairy worlds cannot be shipped commercially and must be delicately handled. All Made In Heaven By Missy products are available for pickup at Missy's studio in Laguna Beach California. We are centrally located in Orange County with easy freeway access from Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside counties. After hours pickups are available if previously arranged.
